Mansha Totla is an award winning independent filmmaker, who uses the visual of film to not only entertain, but also to educate. She leans towards experimental filmmaking, usually combining more than one mediums of expression in her films to relay a stronger sense of emotion.

In 2017, she received the IB diploma from Dhirubhai Ambani International school, in Mumbai. After that she attended Syracuse university, in Upstate, New York, to pursue an undergraduate degree in Film and Art Design. She took a gap year around the time that Covid hit and came back to work in Mumbai, under Academy Award winner Guneet Moonga and Oscar Nominee Smriti Mundhara, working on and staring in Netflix’s Emmy Nominated show : Indian matchmaking.

'JINX' is her debut short film that has made a big mark in the film festival circuit. Mansha combined live action footage with AI video to create a compelling WW2 narrative. She became the first Indian to represent her country at the REPLYAIFILMFESTIVAL this year and won an award for her film. She was also invited to and walked the red carpet at the 81st Venice International Film Festival, alongside celebrities, such as; Brad Pitt, Jenna Ortega, Angelina Jolie, to name a few.
